Master Confectioner Merry Lininger teaches the amazing and modern day art of fondant decorating. This is an intensive six week class in which students will learn the techniques every decorator needs to create cakes using rolled fondant icings.
Students are encouraged to take Cake Decorating 101 as a prerequisite.
